Mahalo nui loa for your compassion and support. Your generosity is becoming the miracle our church family desperately needs. Developments are unfolding rapidly, and we want to share what we know at this moment.

One of our pastoral families has been completely flooded out. This includes Reverend Estrelita Andres, the 79‑year‑old widow of the late Pastor Teofilo Andres, who recently passed away. Sister Andres and several family members were forced to spend more than three harrowing hours on the roof of the parsonage as the waters rose.

Our immediate needs are:

Clothing

Food

Bottled water

Essential supplies for daily living

Our long‑term needs will include the cleanup and repair of both the parsonage and the Jesus Is Alive Fellowship Church of God building.

In Hawai‘i, ohana means family—extending far beyond bloodlines to include all those whose lives are woven together with ours. It carries the conviction that when one of us rises, we bring others with us. Ohana embodies the spirit of aloha, and today, you are truly our ohana.
